PEARCE: SENATORS AGREE OBAMACARE FLAWED, NEW MEXICANS NEED DELAYS

Oct 25, 2013 Issues: Health Care

Washington, DC (October 25, 2013) Today, a number of Senators, including both of New Mexico's Senators, sent a letter to Secretary Kathleen Sebelius requesting a delay in Obamacare to accommodate continued flaws and problems with the law's implementation.  U.S. Congressman Steve Pearce issued the following statement:

"I am pleased to hear the Senators now agree that Obamacare has many problems and we need to take steps to fix those problems," said Pearce. "I have worked for months to give Americans the same delays that businesses have been given.  I look forward to working with the Senators to address Obamacare's many defects, and make sure New Mexicans are treated fairly.”
